ABOUT
Paige Braithwaite-Newton is a visual artist creating as an uninvited guest on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territories of the Coast Salish peoples; Kwantlen, Stz’uminus, Stó:lō, sc̓əwaθenaɁɬ təməxʷ (Tsawwassen), xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam). Paige obtained their BFA from the University of British Columbia and received the Fred Herzog Award in Visual Art from the Y.P. Heung Foundation in 2021. They are currently attending British Columbia Institute of Technology for an Associates Certificate in Video Production and Editing.
